Job Summary
We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Candidates should be able to assist the Project Manager in successfully delivering the project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with meeting organisation, including booking meetings, setting agendas, and taking meeting minutes;
2. Coordinate all aspects of relocation to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations;
3. Help the Project Manager track actions to ensure timely completion;
4. Assist in preparing monthly project reports, including status updates, delays, and key milestones;
5. Archive and maintain accurate records of all project information promptly;
6. Perform other administrative tasks as requested;
7. Assist procurement manager with supplier selection:
* Prioritize and act on incoming purchase requests, clarifying requirements with requesters;
* Ensure requirements are clear, discuss with Business Units, develop supplier selection strategies following procurement processes, and obtain necessary approvals;
* Place orders, ensure timely delivery, track orders, and resolve urgent delivery issues;
1. Assist procurement manager with supplier qualification:
* Communicate with potential suppliers and gather basic information;
* Negotiate supplier qualification agreements;
* Analyze supplier certifications against benchmarks and report findings to the procurement manager.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English (written and spoken);
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
* Team-oriented with openness to an international environment;
* Result-driven and well-organized with a structured working style;
* Purchasing experience;
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
