Pay: £89.38–£98 per day (PAYE)

We’re working with a brilliant primary school in Benwell Grange that’s looking for a dedicated graduate to support pupils with special educational needs. If you’re empathetic, patient, and ready to make a real impact in a child’s school day, read on.
What you’ll be doing:
* Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need extra support
* Helping children build routines, confidence, and communication skills
* Supporting learning both in and outside the classroom
* Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to create inclusive learning environments
Ideal for:
* Recent Sociology grads (or Psychology, Criminology, Education too!)
* Anyone keen to explore a future in teaching, therapy, youth work, or educational psychology
* People who love working with children and want to see them succeed, especially those who need that little bit more
What you bring:
* Understanding of social development, behaviour, or inclusion
* A calm, caring approach and a willingness to learn
* Some experience working with children (school, youth clubs, tutoring etc.) is a plus

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
