Role
We are looking for a range of critical care healthcare professionals with at least 2 years of experience and a postgraduate qualification in their specialty.
Applicants need to live within 60 minutes of Bournemouth Airport to enable availability during duty standby periods.
Role Purpose
* As part of the medical team, to assist in the delivery of high‑quality medical care when transporting patients by air and road.
Bank Flight Doctors
We are looking for doctors from the following specialties: Anaesthesia, Critical Care and Emergency Medicine. You should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in your specialty (ST3 level or above) and a postgraduate qualification such as the Primary FRCA. Missions depart from Bournemouth Airport.
The successful applicants will need to live within 90 minutes of Bournemouth Airport, be working in one of the specialties above and be in good standing with the GMC, including having a license to practice. Experience of aeromedical retrieval work is desirable but not essential.
