The Role
We are seeking an experienced Perioperative Practitioner with major orthopaedic scrub expertise to join our well-established theatre team. You will play a key role in supporting patients through their perioperative journey and ensuring the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exemplary planned care for patients during the perioperative stage.
2. Assist in managing and organising care within the Scrub/Recovery team.
3. Work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams.
4. Assess patient needs, implement and evaluate care plans.
What We’re Looking For
5. HCPC registered ODP or NMC registered Nurse (no restrictions).
6. Minimum 1 year major orthopaedic scrub experience (hips, knees, shoulders, spinal).
7. Strong communication and organisational skills.
8. Flexible, positive attitude.
9. Desirable: Surgical First Assist (SFA) qualification
10. Full time 37.5 hours per week or Part time 30 hours per week
