Salary £29000 – £30000 per year plus very good company benefits along with possibility of career progression within the organisation.

The role - Contract Sales Account Manager
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring efficient sales order management and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Duties will include
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Ensure daily routines are in place and maintained to ensure smooth running of customer account.
Work with customer to ensure underwritten stock is taken in a timely manner
Work with key stakeholders across the business, making sure customer needs and expectations are met.
Gain a strong understanding of the customer contract, to meet customer requirements.
Participate in regular sales meetings
Participate in Business Reviews offsite
Work closely with the supply chain team to review customer forecast to help ensure budget successes
Commit to, and work towards, any objectives and targets set by direct manager or team leader
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
Good standard of numeracy & literacy
You will need to have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, in order to be able to communicate and build good relationships with external and internal customers.
