We’re looking for an Assistant Laundry Manager to join our vibrant and dynamic Housekeeping Team.

As a key member of our Valet team we are looking for an Assistant Laundry Manager that is approachable, curious and has a natural ability to interact with both guests and colleagues and has great attention to detail.
As an Assistant Laundry Manager at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:
1. Lead the Laundry Attendants and efficiently organise the workflow of your team.
2. Ensure the absolute highest standards of garment services are offered to each of our guests and residents.
3. Manage the delivery, collection and quality of guests’ and residents’ laundry processed in house and by our external dry-cleaner partner.
4. Be responsible for colleagues’ uniforms processing and stocktake.
5. Be flexible in supporting the Executive Housekeeper on exciting pre-opening tasks.
