Our client are expanding their manufacturing facility in Garforth and need an experienced Project Manager to lead a 6-month, high-impact project to deliver structural expansion and the installation of new, large-scale production machinery.
Key Duties – Project Manager
* Full project lifecycle ownership – planning, execution, monitoring, and handover
* Oversee civil, structural, and M&E works for site expansion
* Coordinate delivery, rigging, and commissioning of heavy machinery
* Manage contractors, budgets, timelines, and risk
* Ensure full compliance with CDM, health & safety, and quality standards
* Report progress to senior stakeholders and resolve issues on-site
Qualifications & Skills – Project Manager
* Proven track record delivering construction/expansion projects in manufacturing or industrial environments
* Experience managing large machinery installation (crane lifts, precision alignment, commissioning)
* Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and site safety
* PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent qualification (preferred)
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Immediate availability or short notice
