Associate / Senior Associate - Life Science - Cambridge (with hybrid working and a London weighted salary) Client A top ranked and award-winning international law firm Role Based in the Cambridge office and involves working with clients in a variety of sectors, but with a focus on life sciences Provide business-oriented advice and act for SMEs, larger PLCs and multi-national enterprises as well as start-ups, research institutes, charities and spin outs Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, and provide a full range of IP, commercial and regulatory advice to clients based locally and further afield in the wider UK sector and internationally, including in the US Engage in business development activities Excellent training and career development is on offer within a collegiate environment You 3 years PQE solicitor The team sometimes acts as an external resource for overflow of in-house work.
