Are you an experienced leader passionate about transforming the lives of children with learning disabilities and complex needs We operate a new 8-10 bed children's home in Brightlingsea, and we're looking for a Registered Manager to lead this exciting new provision. What You'll Do Oversee the full operational management of the home in line with Ofsted standards and Children's Homes Regulations. Lead on care planning, safeguarding, staffing, and quality assurance. Ensure high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs. Build a positive, professional culture mentoring and motivating staff. Represent the service in inspections, multi-agency meetings, and professional networks. Manage budgets, rotas, and administrative performance to ensure sustainability. What We're Looking For Proven experience managing a children's residential home (learning disabilities, ASD, or complex needs preferred). Strong knowledge of Ofsted compliance and safeguarding. Leadership experience with staff development and team management. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
