We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and friendly person who strives for great standards with a caring personality. The Centre Manager will ensure the smooth running of the facility, provide excellent customer service to members, and be responsible for managing administrative duties, daily operations, and member relations. This role is ideal for a professional with strong leadership skills, a background in facilities or office management, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Duties will include, but not restricted to:
Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and general upkeep of the centre, ensuring that all services are functioning efficiently.
Member Relations: Act as the main point of contact for members ensuring excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and managing queries and requests.
Team Management: Lead a small team of front-desk staff, cleaning personnel, and other contractors, ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of service.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, control operating costs, and report on financial performance of the centre.
Health & Safety: Ensure that the centre complies with all relevant health and safety regulations. Oversee regular checks and implement necessary improvements.
Networking: Host and participate in local networking events to raise the profile of the centre.
IT & Telecoms: Ensure all IT, telecoms, and other essential services are functioning smoothly for members, working with external providers where necessary.
Occupancy & Sales: Help maximize occupancy through active sales efforts, promoting the services of the centre to prospective clients, and managing contracts and renewals.
Sustainability: Adherence to ESG Policy and commitments
Skills/Experience Required:
Proven experience in office or facilities management, ideally within a serviced office, coworking space, or similar environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team and contractors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on member satisfaction.
Financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting experience.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Sales and business development experience is a plus.
IT/telecoms knowledge is an advantage.
