About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Store Loyalty Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for developing and implementing loyalty programs that reward our valued customers, enhance their shopping experience, and drive customer retention. Candidate requirements
* Ability to gain insights into customer needs through data analysis and convert it into engagement opportunities.
* Follow up and measure performance, capturing learnings to improve planning and future performance.
* Proven ability to prioritize and organize workload efficiently.
* Effective communication skills to influence and build relationships across all levels.
* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially operational challenges.
Daily responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Store Commercial Activity Manager to integrate IKEA FAMILY and IKEA Business networks into the local calendar.
* Ensure retail foundation is in place for IKEA FAMILY, including benefits visibility, pricing, stock locations, and accurate forecasting.
* Plan, coordinate, and promote customer events to drive visitation and loyalty engagement.
* Maintain up-to-date communication channels for customer needs.
* Share loyalty data and KPIs with store teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities.
* Manage community budgets for engagement, PR, and local causes.
* Engage with IKEA FAMILY members about sustainability initiatives through events.
