We are looking for a proactive Building Supervisor with proven experience in overseeing daily building operations, including maintenance and facilities management. A solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations is essential .
Required skills and experience:
* Good verbal and communication skills
* Fully UK Driving licence
* Building maintenance and asset management
* Facilities operations and space management
* Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and compliance
* Risk assessment and incident management
* Contractor and vendor management
* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Sustainability and energy management
* Good IT literacy skills (MS Office/Excel/Word)
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on individual to take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of our building and surrounding areas, including exterior sample stores, yard, and parking facilities. You will play a key role in supervising on-site building works and ensuring our facilities are maintained to a high standard.
