Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Primary Teacher September 2026 Start | Full-Time & Permanent | Croydon, South London Outer London Pay Scale: M1-M3 (£39,090 - £43,083) Are you currently completing your teacher training and looking for the perfect school to begin your teaching career? A highly successful and welcoming primary school in Croydon is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join its team from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a trainee teacher qualifying in Summer 2026 or an ECT looking to continue their development within a supportive, ambitious and nurturing school environment.
