The successful candidate will be a full appointment in anaesthesia on a fixed-term 12-month post. This post aims to improve the quality of anaesthetic care.
The candidate is expected to collaborate with existing anaesthetists to provide comprehensive anaesthetic services. Opportunities include gaining experience in regional anaesthesia, vascular anaesthesia, obstetrics, and critical care, among other clinical activities typical of a district general hospital.
The main duties are outlined in the job description. The post involves a 48-hour work week, including a 1:8 full shift on-call rota, covering emergency theatre, intensive care airway management, or maternity services.
