3. Design and execute HR strategies in alignment with company goals.
4. Assess trends and data to create effective solutions, programs, and policies.
5. Handle and resolve intricate employee relations matters.
6. Stay informed on legal requirements for employee management.
7. Collaborate with management and staff to enhance workplace relationships, boost productivity, and improve retention.
8. Offer ongoing performance management support to line managers.

The Successful Applicant
A successful HRBP should have:
11. A degree in Human Resources or related field.
12. Comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices.
13. Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
14. Ideally experience of partnering in a similar industry
15. Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRIS systems).
16. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
17. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
