Our client, a successful Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Twickenham, is looking for a Procurement Manager to take ownership of stock management, supplier relationships, and the smooth flow of equipment and renewals that power their business.
This is a hands-on, varied role perfect for someone who enjoys being at the centre of things - ensuring the right tech, software, and logistics are always in place to support a growing IT services team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT procurement.
Oversee stock levels and coordinate the shipment of clients equipment.
Build strong, reliable relationships with suppliers and distributors.
Manage software licensing and renewal schedules.
Support project teams with timely logistics and asset management.
Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to maintain a professional environment.
Handle post, courier services, and deliveries.
Assist with onboarding new starters, ensuring equipment and workspace setup are ready to go.
Process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes accurately and efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date procurement and asset records within internal systems.
Assist with budget tracking and supplier reconciliations.
Contribute ideas for improving internal processes and documentation.
Key Requirements:
Experience in procurement and logistics, ideally within an IT, MSP, or technology-focused environment.
Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills - confident in maintaining relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Solid understanding of stock control and asset management processes.
Experience managing software licensing and renewals (advantageous but not essential).
Financial and administrative accuracy, comfortable processing POs, invoices, and budget tracking.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and internal procurement or asset tracking systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - able to liaise effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
Hands-on, can-do attitude, comfortable working in a varied role.
