Key Responsibilities Facilitate new client onboarding, including ID verification, AML checks and source of funds/wealth assessments Draft and prepare conveyancing documentation such as contracts, completion statements, SDLT returns and AP1s Order office copies and searches, and manage Land Registry submissions Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, solicitors, lenders and third parties Maintain accurate records and case files via a legal case management system Review documentation meticulously, ensuring everything is complete and compliant Provide timely administrative and case progression support to the fee earner ✅ What You'll Bring Proven experience in residential conveyancing, ideally within a law firm setting Solid understanding of AML and KYC protocols, with confidence in verifying identity and financial documentation Excellent administrative, organisational, and time management skills Professional, reassuring communication style with clients and colleagues Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and conveyancing software Familiarity with Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions Calm and methodical under pressure, with a keen eye for detail Why Apply?
