BAE Systems Job Type: Contract Job Title: PLM Architect Location: Warton Hourly Rate: £53.73 PAYE OR £72.54 Umbrella inside IR35 Duration: 9 months Working Arrangements: 37hrs, 2/3 days per week on-site About The Role: BAE require knowledge and expertise in new and developing areas of Engineering, which are not available (or accessible) to the programme. The Project management of these Engineering capabilities must be done using Siemens Toolsets and knowledge of the Siemens suite of PM tools is essential. Key Responsibilities : Lead the design and implementation of Teamcenter architecture, including Database Server, Application Server, Web Server, Dispatcher, and related components. Define PLM system architecture aligned with enterprise digital transformation goals. Work with TOGAF, DODAF, ArchiMate or similar architecture frameworks to build enterprise PLM roadmaps. Enable and implement end-to-end Digital Thread / Digital Twin solutions across engineering, manufacturing, and service domains. Develop and consume web services and SOA APIs for downstream and upstream system integrations.
