Senior Business Analyst
Hybrid: Sheffield – Super flexible working with the option of a reduced working week.

I am working with a growing digital delivery team who are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to take ownership of discovery activity, support other BAs and play a key role in shaping how work moves from idea to discovery to delivery.
This isn’t a “pure senior leadership” role with layers of governance and hierarchy. It is a hands‑on, delivery focused position where you’ll grow into more responsibility as the team scales, particularly across discovery and alpha work over the next 6–12 months.

This role is ideal for someone who is solid in delivery today but wants to grow into more strategic discovery ownership and wider BA leadership over time. You’ll be part of a small but expanding multidisciplinary team helping bring structure, clarity and direction to a busy and evolving digital portfolio.
What you'll be doing
* Shape, define and refine future delivery work across key services.
* Own requirements and analysis activity – from workshops and stakeholder engagement through to backlog definition and delivery support.
* Support and mentor other BAs, helping raise consistency and quality across the wider BA function.
* Bridge business and delivery teams – working with Product Owners, UX, Designers, Architects and technical teams to turn ideas into delivery‑ready work.
* Help improve ways of working – contributing to how discovery and delivery processes evolve as the team grows.
* Help prioritise competing demands and keep delivery outcomes in focus.
Hybrid: Sheffield (ideal 1 day a week).
37‑hour week with flexible/compressed hours available.
Salary up to £50k depending on experience.
