Overview
L'Oréal Luxe is looking for a Regional Make Up Artist to deliver Masterclasses and drive retail results in stores, engaging with clients, influencers, and store teams. You will animate, coach, and bring our brands to life while growing retail business and delivering educational content in line with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
* Deliver Masterclasses to groups of clients and influencers, driving retail results in assigned stores on a daily basis.
* Deliver retail through activity and adjust sessions when pre-booked activity is cancelled or under‑subscribed.
* Influence stakeholders, be results oriented, and be accountable for the performance of events in stores.
* Act as a Brand Ambassador, leading animation and coaching for retailer engagement and growing retail business through achieving business metrics and incremental growth.
* Follow brand guidelines to create videos and content for education and social media.
* Assist the Advocacy and Influencer team on request.
* Drive CRM and data capture at all events/store visits to increase customer loyalty.
* Demonstrate enthusiasm for luxury retail, loyalty, and memorable in-store experiences.
* Maintain passion for make-up, stay current with trends and techniques, and motivate retail teams to drive results and brand engagement.
* Be a driven self-starter who creates buzz through engaging with various retail teams during store visits, while being service- and experience-led.
* Plan and execute in-store events with creative flair and align with business targets to drive retail performance.
* Lead from the front, sharing best practices, and stay trend-led and commercially aware.
* Be digitally savvy with social media trends, create content, and maintain a strong on-camera presence. Proven track record of facilitating masterclasses.
* Work with influencers and fashion shows to create brand looks with a high level of make-up artistry.
Experiences & Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
* Proven track record of driving retail results and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Proven track record of regularly setting up, promoting, and executing successful face-to-face and virtual masterclass events.
* Flexible approach to availability in line with business needs.
* Willingness to travel across UKI with occasional overnight stays; store-based role requiring travel within the region to multiple stores.
* Well-developed analytical skills and ability to identify opportunities.
* High level of artistry and retail acumen; strong people engagement and coaching capabilities.
