Reporting into the Director of Employee Engagement and Client Communications, you'll work closely with Communications, HR, Marketing and operational teams to deliver impactful storytelling, compelling design and engaging digital experiences.What you'll be doing:Own and deliver a digital content strategy that drives engagement across MyCompass powered by WorkJamPlan and manage a cross‑channel content calendar, bringing together news, campaigns, colleague stories and business updatesCreate high‑quality digital content including graphics, video, motion graphics, animations, presentations and interactive postsLead creative projects end‑to‑end, from concept through to deliveryAct as a brand guardian, ensuring all content aligns to Compass brand guidelines and tone of voiceManage and optimise content delivery using analytics and insight to continuously improve engagementCollaborate with HR, Communications, Operations, DE&I, Sustainability and sector teams to bring colleague initiatives to lifeSupport senior leaders with digital materials, presentations and updatesChampion innovation and best practice in digital engagement across the organisationAbout you:You're a creative digital professional who understands how powerful content can drive connection, engagement and culture at scale.You'll bring:Experience creating and managing digital content for internal communications or employee engagement platformsStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects)A solid understanding of digital storytelling, UX principles and engagement best practiceExperience delivering content for large, dispersed or frontline workforcesExcellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across a matrixed organisationThe ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively and work at paceDesirable:Experience in large, operational or frontline‑led organisationsExperience using analytics, CMS or digital communication platformsStrong writing or editing capability across different audiencesWhy join usShape digital engagement for one of the UK's largest employersWork in a collaborative, supportive environment with real scope to make an impactHybrid working from our Chertsey office, with travel to London offices and sites as requiredCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageReed
