Environmental Co-ordinator
Join us as an Environmental Co-ordinator at Thirteen Group! We are looking for a passionate individual to join our environmental sustainability team to improve environmental performance. This role is a roaming position, requiring you to be in the office at least one day a week – typically on Wednesday – with flexibility to adjust to business and team needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and drive sustainability initiatives across Thirteen to reduce environmental impacts, including participation in projects such as transitioning to an electric fleet
- Deliver solutions and expertise to help achieve net‑zero carbon commitments by 2035
- Implement the environmental strategy to drive positive change
- Support the carbon footprint calculation process, capturing, recording, measuring, and analysing all emissions
- Maintain the Environmental Management System and ensure ISO 14001 certification is upheld
- Promote awareness with internal and external stakeholders on the environmental goals
About You
- Experience in environmental management systems or an environmental or energy role with a drive to improve environmental impacts
- Knowledge of environmental legislation and the broader climate change agenda, understanding the importance of a sustainable approach to all aspects of environmental improvement and management
- Skilled in data management, able to conduct research, analyse and gather data from various sources and stakeholdersAbility to deliver projects successfully and contribute to improving procedures and processes for environmental impact improvement
- Strong written communication skills, capable of writing reports and delivering presentations to support sustainability initiatives
- Strong administrative experience, highly organised, and confident in engaging a variety of stakeholders
