Position Summary
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Event Manager with prior agency experience to lead the planning and execution of high-impact brand events. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, understands luxury or contemporary fashion positioning, and has a strong network within the events and creative industries.
This role will oversee brand activations, pop-ups, influencer activations, press previews, and brand collaborations.
Job Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Concept Development
* Develop innovative event concepts aligned with brand identity and seasonal campaigns
* Collaborate with creative, PR, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling
* Translate brand vision into experiential activations
Planning & Execution
* Lead end-to-end event management: budgeting, timelines, logistics, vendor sourcing, contracts
* Manage venue selection, production, staging, lighting, styling, and guest experience
* Oversee event production teams, agencies, and freelancers
* Ensure flawless on-site execution and troubleshooting
Agency & Vendor Management
* Leverage agency background to negotiate contracts and manage production partners
* Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, stylists, set designers, caterers, and technical teams
* Ensure quality control and cost efficiency
Budget & Reporting
* Develop and manage event budgets
* Post-event analysis, reporting, and performance insights
Guest & Stakeholder Management
* Coordinate with key teams for VIP guest lists, media, influencers, and brand ambassadors
* Work closely with PR teams for press coverage and guest engagement
* Deliver elevated guest experiences that reflect brand positioning
Job Requirements
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in event management. Proven experience executing fashion shows, launches, or experiential campaigns
* Strong vendor and venue network
* Excellent project management and budgeting skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during peak event periods
Preferred Qualifications
* Background in event management - brand or agency
* Knowledge of production design and creative direction
* Strong understanding of brand storytelling
