Venue Cymru is the regions busiest arts and events centre, comprising of a 1,500 seat theatre, 2,500 capacity arena and a full range of high quality conference and event spaces.
Every year, Venue Cymru's experienced team help over 600 clients realise their perfect event. Our Modern purpose built facilities are set between mountains and sea to create the perfect environment for work or pleasure.
The Business Events Administrator's role is to provide excellent customer care to all clients and delegates holding meetings at Venue Cymru.
To assist and support the Business Events Team by taking meeting & conference bookings, preparing client invoices and collating relevant paperwork.
As our perfect candidate you will have a positive 'can do' attitude to work, with a focus on the customer and a keen eye for detail. Importantly, you will enjoy a working environment where every day is different.
The ability to communicate in English is essential for this post and the ability to converse in Welsh is desirable.
Working hours will vary to accommodate the differing times of the venue's events programme but will be mostly Monday to Friday daytimes. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required where bookings dictate.
Interviews will take place on Wednesday 22nd October.
