Activities Coordinator

Mull Hall, Invergordon

£13.45 per hour

16 hours per week

Your role

1. Plan and deliver engaging activities that support residents’ physical, mental and social wellbeing
2. Get to know residents as individuals and involve them in activities they enjoy
3. Work closely with colleagues to create a positive, inclusive and fun atmosphere
4. Encourage participation from residents, families and the wider community
5. Bring new ideas and creativity to activities that enrich daily life

Your skills

6. A caring, enthusiastic and kind approach with a genuine interest in older people
7. Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues
8. Good communication skills and a flexible approach to your work
9. Energy, creativity and confidence to engage others
10. A commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect
