This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school support staff looking for flexible work in education. The role: Supervising classes during teacher absence using pre-set lesson plans Ensuring students remain on task and follow school behaviour policies Managing classroom behaviour in a calm and professional manner Taking responsibility for student safety and wellbeing during lessons Reporting back to teaching staff on student engagement and behaviour Supporting the smooth running of the school day We're looking for someone who: Has experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable) Is confident leading a classroom and managing behaviour Has strong communication and organisational skills Is reliable, adaptable, and professional Is committed to safeguarding and student wellbeing Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service Why work with Tradewind Recruitment?
