We work closely with artists, producers, and musicians at all levels to bring their creative projects to life. We are currently looking for an experienced Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our studio and ensure a professional and efficient environment for both clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Studio Operations: Manage day-to-day activities within the music studio, including overseeing studio bookings, equipment maintenance, and ensuring the space is fully functional and prepared for client use.
* Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing an excellent customer experience, addressing any concerns, and building long-term relationships with artists and producers.
* Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and support the studio team, including engineers, assistants, and freelance staff, ensuring they are motivated and performing at their best.
* Budget & Financial Oversight: Handle the studio's budgeting, invoicing, and financial operations, ensuring costs are managed efficiently and targets are met.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the studio is in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, creating a safe, welcoming, and legally compliant environment.
* Creative Collaboration: Work closely with artists, producers, and other stakeholders to understand their creative needs and provide guidance throughout the production process.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in a studio management role, ideally in a music or creative environment.
* Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
* Excellent knowledge of studio equipment and audio production software.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and creative professionals.
* Passionate about music, production, and the creative arts.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience managing budgets and financial operations within a studio or similar setting.
* Familiarity with sound engineering and music production.
* A well-established network in the music and entertainment industry.
Eligibility:
This role is eligible for the Skilled Worker Visa under the UK's immigration system. The occupation code for this position is Arts Officers, Producers, and Directors (including Studio Manager). Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria for a UK Skilled Worker visa.
