We're looking for an experienced JIRA Administrator to join our team on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension. If you're passionate about optimising Atlassian tools, solving complex workflow challenges, and supporting Agile delivery teams, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage day-to-day administration of Jira Cloud across multiple teams.
* Design, maintain, and optimise workflows, schemes, custom fields, permissions, and notifications.
* Develop and manage Jira automations to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
* Support teams with advanced JQL queries, dashboards, and reporting.
* Work with Scripting and plugin frameworks (eg, ScriptRunner) to extend platform capabilities.
* Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure Jira aligns with Scrum, Kanban, and ITIL practices.
* Troubleshoot issues and provide analytical, solutions-focused problem-solving.
What We're Looking For
1. Strong demonstrable experience administering Jira Cloud.
2. Hands-on expertise with workflows, schemes, automation, and JQL.
3. Familiarity with Scripting tools, marketplace plugins, and integration frameworks.
4. Understanding of Agile methodologies and how they translate into Jira configurations.
