We're looking for a Service Advisor to join our friendly and supportive aftersales team at a busy automotive dealership in Aldershot.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organised, and being part of a team. As a Service Advisor, you'll act as the key link between our customers and workshop technicians, ensuring every customer receives a professional and smooth service experience.
What You'll Be Doing
* Greeting customers and booking vehicles in for service, maintenance, or repair
* Acting as the main point of contact between customers and technicians
* Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress
* Explaining work required and associated costs clearly
* Delivering excellent customer service throughout the aftersales journey
* Supporting the team to keep the service department running smoothly
About You
We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised, and a strong team player.
Ideal experience:
* Previous Service Advisor experience (preferred but not essential)
* Knowledge of RTC or Kerridge systems desirable
* Some automotive or mechanical knowledge
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
Training can be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude and strong customer service skills.
