Working Hours: 42 hours per week, Mon to Fri 08:00 to 17:00 and alternate Saturdays 08:00 to 12:30
Salary: OTE up to £41,600 with basic up to £35,000 (depending on qualifications) plus uncapped bonus potential
Sudbury Ford are looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our dynamic workshop team. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading brand and advance your career in a supportive, professional environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform vehicle health checks using diagnostic tools
2. Carry out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to a high standard
3. Complete any additional repairs with customer approval
4. Conduct road tests to ensure faults have been resolved
5. Maintain accurate and thorough service documentation
Skills and Qualifications:
6. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
7. Additional qualifications in diagnostics or electric/hybrid vehicles are a plus
8. A full UK driving licence
9. Experience working in a dealership or independent garage
10. A self-motivated, professional attitude with a focus on high-quality work

Salary is dependant on qualifications, we pay up to £43,000 basic for a Master Tech with EV qualification!
