Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shipping Administrator based in Pudsey. The Shipping Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics for shipping goods, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining shipping records, and managing correspondence with clients and shipping carriers. Additional duties include liaising with internal departments to ensure accurate shipment documentation, monitoring inventory levels for outgoing orders, and assisting with procurement and supply chain processes when necessary.
Qualifications
* Strong analytical skills for monitoring shipping operations and inventory levels.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
* Knowledge or experience in supply chain management and procurement processes.
* Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to shipping and inventory tracking.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage shipping schedules and documentation.
* Previous experience in a similar logistics or shipping role is advantageous.
* Familiarity with import/export regulations is a bonus.
