Temporary Assistant Service Manager
Great Tey & Clacton, Essex
£26,768 per annum
We have a great opportunity in our person-centred services in Great Tey and Clacton for a temporary Assistant Service Manager. This role is initially for 6 months and will be reviewed.
You will support the Service Manager to lead and motivate our team of support workers, ensuring KPI’s and compliance standards are met. You will undertake management tasks to support and develop teams across both services, using your existing experience and developing new skills. We seek someone energetic, passionate, trustworthy, forward-thinking, and confident in making decisions under pressure.
Your role may include supporting within the service as a role model, demonstrating good practices. You will work 3 days on shift and 2 days in the office, with potential evening/weekend shifts in emergencies.
You must demonstrate Mencap’s core values, professionalism, ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload, and follow policies and procedures.
