Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Location: New Mills, SK22.
Salary: Starting on £35,000 Per Annum.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday hours 8am - 5pm, Friday hours 8am - 2pm, plus overtime when required.
Benefits: Holidays 21 days plus Bank Holidays, plus in between Christmas and New Year shutdown.
About The Role:
The company is looking for a timed served welder/fabricator to join their team. Work is mainly in-house. The successful applicant will have worked within a fabrication or manufacturing production industry, be flexible with a committed approach, and experienced in the following:
1. Marking
2. Cutting
3. Drilling
4. Welding – Tig - Mig
5. Grinding
6. Basic folding
7. Reading drawings
8. Installation of our work
9. Adherence to health & safety
10. Driver’s licence
Candidate Requirements:
1. Communication skills
2. Organisational skills
3. Timekeeping skills
4. Technical Skills
5. Forklift truck experience
6. Personal qualities
7. Enthusiastic with ability to think on own and use initiative
8. Attention to detail
9. Physically fit as the job entails a degree of manual work.
