Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of experienced National Sales Managers. You will drive revenue growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and ensure the delivery of our strategic sales objectives across the UK & Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of National Sales Managers
* Work closely with the Commercial Director to develop and execute the national sales strategy
* Drive sustainable sales growth across key channels and customer segments
* Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key customers and partners
* Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the Away from Home Hygiene Sector
* Ensure consistent execution of pricing, promotions, and commercial initiatives
* Represent Northwood Hygiene at key customer meetings and industry events
