About the role:
* landlord and tenant law
* statutory duty of care
* homelessness/disrepair
* the acquisition and disposal of property and the development of housing policy and process
* advice in respect to specific letters, disputes or other matters
* detailed advice on complex cases
* advice on leaseholder agreements, consultation and sale covenants
About you:
* A thorough knowledge of Housing Law and Court procedure
* A Solicitor or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives
What you will do:
* Provide legal advice and assistance to the housing service
* Experience of providing guidance and support to colleagues
* Demonstrates a responsive and effective customer focused approach
* An excellent track record of building internal and external relationships which deliver
* A thorough knowledge of Housing Law
