Shifts are generally spread over five days (Sunday night to Thursday night), starting at around 10pm and finishing at around 6am (travel times that aren't too tricky) MainResponsibilities: Ensure the consistent creationof delicious food in alignment with Pret a Manger's exacting standards andoperational needs. Lead and inspire the team byembodying and promoting the core values and qualities of Pret a Manger. Act as the guardian andcustodian of Pret a Manger's quality standards. Adhere to all Pret a Mangerhealth and safety policies to guarantee the safety of all products served toour customers. Conduct stock counts andadministrative tasks meticulously and accurately to support smooth operations.
