Duties
* Provide legal advice to clients on debt recovery, property disputes, landlord & tenant matters and contentious probate.
* Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings including your own advocacy where appropriate.
* Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court applications.
* Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
* Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal practices relevant to your area of expertise.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
* 0+ PQE
