Overview
Are you ready for a fresh move in Conveyancing? Our successful growing client with offices based in Wellingborough, is seeking an Assistant Conveyancing Case Handler to join them on a permanent full time basis working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Responsibilities
* Managing, updating and organising case files
* Chasing contracts and enquiries on sales
* Liaising with clients, agents and stakeholders
* Making outbound calls and dealing with inbound queries
* General administrative support including exchange and completion letters
* Post completion administration including setting up completion files
Qualifications
* Previous conveyancing support / administrative experience
* Excellent communication skills with strong relationship building skills
* You will have a keenness to learn
* You will be a great team player with the ability to work on your own initiative

* Starting salary depending on experience from c£24,000 - £25,000
