Registered with CQC and CIW, we work closely with local health authorities and NHS commissioners. Certifications Required
* Care certificate
* Moving and Handling practical or Welsh M&H passport – issued within the last 12 months
* Medication administration practical – issued within the last 12 months
* Portable enhanced adult DBS

* Good written and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Calm under pressure, following good hygiene standards and flexible to work alternate weekends
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Good spoken English
Role
* Provide personal care, help with routines, meal preparation, light housework, companionship, social activities and errands
* Be friendly, confident and put clients at ease
* Support the local community of Swindon and surrounding areas during the hours 7 am–2 pm or 2 pm–10 pm (full or part‑time contracts)
* Work every other weekend and a minimum of two evenings a week

Full‑time, part‑time or flexible guaranteed contracts based on your availability. We offer guaranteed hours and financial security.
Compensation & Benefits
* Pay starting at £13.78 per hour inclusive of holiday pay and weekend enhancements
* £0.35 per mile mileage reimbursement
