The Opportunity
This is an ideal entry point into consultative B2B sales for a commercially driven graduate who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and creating opportunities.
As a Graduate SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You’ll research accounts, run multi-channel outreach (phone/email/LinkedIn), qualify interest, and book meetings.
You’ll learn how enterprise buying works (multiple stakeholders, longer cycles), how to run structured discovery, and how to create pipeline in a high-growth environment—with a clear route into Business Development / Account Executive roles.
Key Responsibilities

* Research organisations and stakeholders: map decision-makers, priorities, initiatives, budgets, and “trigger events” (e.g., transformation programmes, AI adoption drives, platform changes)
* Write tailored outreach that resonates with senior business + IT stakeholders (COO, CIO, CHRO, Transformation, Ops, IT, Data leaders)
* Run first conversations: qualify pain points, current tooling, AI/automation maturity, timelines, stakeholders, and next steps
* Book and confirm high-quality meetings for Account Executives / Sales Leads
* Manage inbound enquiries: fast response, qualification, and routing
* Keep CRM accurate (activity, notes, stages, next actions, contact/account data hygiene)
* Collaborate with Marketing on messaging, campaigns, lead lists, and experimentation (what’s landing vs what isn’t)
* Track performance against activity and pipeline targets—iterate quickly and build repeatable habits
Skills and Experience Required
* Degree educated (any discipline — Business, Economics, Psychology, STEM, Geography, etc.)
* Strong interest in a commercial career (sales, partnerships, account management, growth)
* Confident communicator with a professional tone (written + verbal)
* Resilient and comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
* Organised and consistent—able to manage follow-ups and daily activity targets
* Curious mindset: enjoys asking good questions and learning fast (especially around AI + SaaS value propositions)
* Internship/placement/part-time experience in sales, customer success, consulting, recruitment
* Interest in ERP, AI, automation, workflow platforms, digital transformation, enterprise SaaS
* Familiarity with sales tools: Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Gong, etc.
* Comfortable talking about outcomes like ROI, efficiency, time saved, adoption, and change (you’ll be trained on this)
What’s on Offer
* A structured graduate route into enterprise consultative SaaS + AI sales
* Training and coaching from experienced sales leaders
* Clear progression into Business Development / Account Executive roles
* Hybrid working travel to SW Greater London as needed (2/3 days per week)
