Teaching Assistant - Hedge End Start Date: March 2026 We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant to support a number of friendly and inclusive primary schools in Hedge End and the surrounding areas. About the Role: Working alongside class teachers to support learning and daily classroom activities. Providing tailored support to individual pupils or small groups. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2). A Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant classroom experience (desirable but not essential). A patient, adaptable, and supportive approach to learning. Confidence assisting with classroom management and routines. Ability to work effectively one-to-one or with small groups. A professional, dependable attitude and a strong commitment to safeguarding.
