Internal Sales/Account Manager
Wolverhampton (On-site)
Permanent – Full Time, 37.5 hours
Salary: £28,000 + Bonuses
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to join a leading business in Wolverhampton. As part of this team, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.

Duties:
* Proactively engage with existing customers through outbound calls
* Prepare and deliver tailored quotations across a diverse product range
* Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through effective communication
* Identify client needs and convert both new and existing leads into successful sales
* Drive business growth by executing targeted campaigns to generate new opportunities
Experience:
* Proven experience in a Sales, Account Management or related role
* Excellent communication skills to confidently build relationships
* Experience in the Manufacturing industry would be advantageous
* Confident in using IT systems and using a CRM
