International Event Manager

We are working with a growing international B2B events business that is looking to hire an International Event Operations Manager to support the delivery of its global events portfolio.
This is a hands-on event operations role, working across international conferences, forums, awards, networking functions, sponsor activations and private meetings across Europe, Asia and the US.
The successful candidate must have international B2B event operations experience and be confident supporting the operational delivery of commercial events from planning through to onsite execution.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing operational timelines, task lists and delivery schedules
* Coordinating venues, suppliers, room layouts, catering, AV, signage and branding
* Supporting onsite registration, badges, lanyards and event materials
* Managing sponsor deliverables across signage, branding, speaking slots, private rooms and digital assets
* Liaising with venues, hotels, AV providers, printers, freight companies and other event partners
* Supporting event budgets, supplier quotes, invoices and cost tracking
* Acting as a key operational link between sales, production, marketing, finance and senior management
* Supporting onsite delivery across UK, European, Asian and US events
The ideal candidate will have:
* Essential B2B event operations experience
* Experience delivering conferences, forums, awards or sponsor-led events
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Confidence managing suppliers, venues, sponsors and internal stakeholders
* The ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly onsite
* Commercial awareness and an understanding of budgets, costs and client expectations
* A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to travel internationally
