Business Support Executive - Lead Generator

This role can be full time (5 days) or part time (3 days) depending on a candidate's circumstances.
Compensation and Benefits
£12.50 - £13.00 per hour

We are representing an engineering company based in Rawtenstall looking to add a Lead Generator to their small sales team. This is a new role, making it an exciting opportunity to join the company.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday, with full-time or part-time options available.
Key Duties
1. Utilize online search tools to find business leads.
2. Generate sales leads.
3. Conduct website searches.
4. Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
5. Respond promptly and efficiently to client queries, providing excellent customer service.
6. Create marketing packs for the team.
7. Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate client information.
8. Perform ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the team.
9. Uphold professionalism in all interactions.
Ideal Candidate
1. Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Familiar with CRMs.
4. Computer literate with excellent attention to detail.
5. Understanding of a sales-focused environment and supporting the team effectively.
