Job Description
The Accounts Assistant - Hybrid will be responsible for:
3. Daily processing of invoices
4. Ensuring all invoices are raised accurately
5. Allocating of cash receipts
6. Issuing of statements
7. Investigating and resolving invoice queries
8. Payment runs
9. Creating and managing new suppliers
10. Supporting the Finance Manager
11. Month end support
The Successful Applicant
The Accounts Assistant - Hybrid
12. Have previous experience working within Finance
13. Be a great communicator both written and verbal
14. Be IT literate
15. Be comfortable working accurately to multiple deadlines
16. Have strong numeracy skills
17. Have great attention to detail
