As Restaurant Manager you will manage and develop the F&B team in the restaurant outlet to the highest level. About the position
Manage the team and ensure that staff morale is high
Oversee the training and development of the team
Conduct staff reviews and action in areas in need of training
Manage the P&L and Payroll
Work closely with the events team
Work closely with the Head Chef & General Manager
Responsible for the daily operations
The successful candidate
Previous experience working in a similar role
A strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
Well organised with an eye for detail
Proven business & financial success
A born leader with excellent communication skills
Must have a fine dining background
