A comprehensive holiday package. About the role We are recruiting for a Promotions Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team. This role involves end-to-end planning and flow of stock for promotion and allocation activities within the distribution network, ensuring timely delivery to branches and customers. This position can be based in Hemel Hempstead, Maxted Road, HP2 7DX, or Wellingborough, NN8 1LT. Once fully inducted, we offer a hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 remote days. You will be responsible for Maximizing product availability during all promotional activities. Adhering to critical timescales and escalating issues appropriately. Managing stock flow from distribution centers to branches and customers. Loading and releasing allocations accurately. Identifying root causes of stock availability issues and communicating key findings. Analyzing data to generate reports and provide actionable recommendations. Responding to queries and requests efficiently. Supporting seasonal events and clearance activities. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage trading activities effectively. Ensuring compliance with GSCOP timelines and our Business Code of Conduct, acting with integrity at all times. You will need Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency, including experience working with large datasets. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively. Attention to detail in report writing, data interpretation, and record-keeping. Flexibility in work approach.
