The Role
We’re looking for aMarketing, Communities & Operations Executiveto help us amplify our impact across all three brands. This is a varied and exciting role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who’s creative, organised, and passionate about making a difference.
What You’ll Do
Marketing
* Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events)
* Own and manage social media content and scheduling
* Create compelling content for web, email, and PR
* Support brand development and ensure consistency across platforms
* Collaborate with external partners on website improvements
* Track marketing performance and present insights to leadership
Communities
* Organise and promote events (online and in-person)
* Manage online communities for The Fractional Quarter & FIN
* Manage our Charity Quizzes, including the donation platform and prize process
* Identify speaking and networking opportunities for the Founder
Operations
* Provide diary and travel support to the MD and Founder
* Assist with office management in Edinburgh & Glasgow
* Support the creation of internal documentation and communications
Must-Haves
What We’re Looking For
* 1+ year in a marketing, communications, or operations role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience managing social media and content calendars
* Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
* A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment
Nice-to-Haves
* Basic video editing or graphic design skills
* Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix)
* Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Google Ads, SEO tools, or Google Analytics
