Assistant Site Manager - Residential Housebuilder Traditional Build | 1st Fix to Completion | Near Arundel A leading 5-star residential housebuilder is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established site team on a high-quality traditional build housing development near Arundel. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a professionally run site with experienced Site Management, strong trade support and proven build programmes. You will take responsibility for managing plots from 1st fix through to final completion and handover, ensuring quality, safety and programme targets are met. The Role As Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of plots from 1st fix to customer handover. You will work closely with the Site Manager to drive quality, coordinate trades and ensure homes are delivered on time and to the highest standards. This role is ideal for an Assistant Site Manager who enjoys running their own plots and wants to progress their career within a high-performing housebuilding environment. Key Responsibilities Managing plots from 1st fix through to completion Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades Carrying out quality checks, inspections and snagging Ensuring homes are delivered to specification and build programme Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site Supporting the Site Manager with daily site operations Ensuring plots are ready for NHBC and customer handover About You To be considered for this Assistant Site Manager role, you will have: Experience working for a residential housebuilder Strong knowledge of traditional build construction Experience running plots from 1st fix to completion A strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction The ability to manage subcontractors and hit build targets You will also hold or be working towards SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification.
