An amazing opportunity has arisen due to the ramp-up of MBDA deliveries for a Supply Chain Manager/Supplier Development Manager to join ISP in the Sub-Assemblies team.

Working Arrangement
Hybrid: 2 days per week on-site
Security Clearance
British citizen or dual UK national with British citizenship. All candidates will need to undergo BPSS checks.

Candidate Requirements
* Degree-level supply chain professional with international experience in high-tech sectors
* Experience in aerospace, defence, or manufacturing supply chain management
* Proven ability to improve supplier performance using tools and lean methodologies
* Experience in capacity audits, bottleneck identification, and supplier mapping
* Ability to manage supplier portfolios and report on performance and risks
* Skills in process flow creation, lead time analysis, and root cause analysis (DMAIC)
* Experience in risk mitigation and executive reporting
